Shipping & Exchange

SHIPPING :
We will send out your items within 1-4 working days upon receiving your order.
We offer 2 shipping/delivery methods : 

1. Smart Pac : $4.00

• Only applicable for 1-2 items per order.
• Tracking number will be given to track your package.
• In event that the tracking status on www.singpost.com is "Delivered", item has been assumed to be in the letterbox or delivered to door step. 
• The customer will be responsible for lost item and will have to liase with Singapore Post for recovery of item.
• Delivery time: 3 - 5 working days.

2. Home Delivery (1-3 working days) :  $10

• Please take note that your contact number is required and if not furnished, delivery might be delayed.
• Once you received 'Shipment On The Way' email, a confirmation sms will be send to confirm date time of delivery.
• For failed delivery attempts, you will be required to make another payment for courier shipping.

REFUNDS:
No refunds except out-of-stock items.

EXCHANGE:
